Janco Steel is a family operated Canadian steel service center specializing in flat rolled steel products. The business began in 1988, and they have expanded our customer base throughout Canada and the Northeastern United States. Janco Steel is a service oriented company, stocking primarily hot rolled, pickled and oiled and cold rolled steel, with a complimentary inventory of coated steel products. Their services include slit-to-width coil, cut-to-length sheet, plate, multi blanking and cut-to-size blanks.

Urban Solutions coordinated and secured Final Site Plan approval of 92,950 ft2 addition to Plant No. 1 and a 57,940 ft2 addition to Plant No. 2 located at 901, 911 & 925 Arvin Avenue, Stoney Creek . This involved obtaining a Hamilton Conservation Authority Permit for this works as well as a Minor Variance approval. In addition to the above, UrbanSolutions secured Final Site Plan approval of the creation of a new building located at 967 Arvin Avenue, Stoney Creek for a 118,900 ft2 manufacturing & Steel Coil storage warehouse building. Our office assisted in facilitating the realignment of Watercourse No. 7 in keeping with the Environmental Assessment completed and the extension of Arvin Avenue to McNeilly Road. Lastly, our office facilitated a Holing Provision Removal on these lands.
