Project Description

The subject lands was previously developed with 2 industrial buildings formerly known as Westbrook Co. Urban Solutions assisted LiUNA to complete a Site Plan application to establish additions to the southerly building to be used as a commercial school. In addition, UrbanSolutions facilitated a Minor Variance and Ministry of Transportation Permit to accomodate the signage on site.
