Project Description

UrbanSolutions facilitated a Zoning By-law Amendment approval and secured Final Site Plan approval on the subject lands for a 3-building commercial plaza development consisting of twenty-four (24) commercial suites serviced by 134 parking spaces at-grade in a common parking area. UrbanSolutions also coordinated a Draft Plan of Condominium application for the development to unitize each of the commercial suites. This project complements the nearby Ancaster Business Park along the north of Garner Road, providing a greater variety of commercial and personal service uses within close proximity to supporting uses.
