Project Description

UrbanSolutions has played a key role in the planning and development of the Heritage Green Business Park in Stoney Creek. The business park provides a range of modern industrial and commercial spaces designed to support local business growth and employment opportunities within Hamilton’s east end. UrbanSolutions facilitated the municipal planning approvals including, Site Plan, Plan of Condominium, Minor Variance, Zoning By-law Amendment for Holding Removal and development coordination of the required Building Permits to ensure efficient land use, high-quality urban design, and compatibility with surrounding uses. The Heritage Green Business Park continues to contribute to Hamilton’s economic development and long-term employment land strategy.
