UrbanSolutions represented Fengate Homestead Holdings Inc. LP at the Ontario Land Tribunal and secured approvals for Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment. The subject lands are an irregularly shaped parcel of land that is approximately 31.38 hectares in size. The lands are primarily undeveloped except for a single-detached dwelling and detached garage situated on 9166 Airport Road, which are proposed to be demolished. The proposed development includes 5 building industrial subdivision that will house airport-related businesses and employment uses. In addition, the project team worked with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans as well as the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority for a wetland relocation on the subject lands.
