Town of Lakeshore – Sobeys

Project Description

Urban Solutions was engaged to oversee a Minor Variance and Site Plan application for the renovation and expansion of the Sobeys supermarket located at 19 Amy Croft Drive in Lakeshore. This project involves a significant update to the supermarket’s exterior, aimed at enhancing its visual appeal and functionality.

The renovation plans include modernizing the façade with contemporary materials, improving signage for better visibility, and creating a more inviting entrance. Additionally, the expansion will provide increased space for product displays and improved customer flow, enhancing the overall shopping experience. The updated design is intended to align with community aesthetics while also accommodating the growing needs of local residents.
