UrbanSolutions secured approvals for this development at the Ontario Land Tribunal following an appeal by the City of Hamilton of the Council-approved Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment. The City later withdrew its appeal, allowing the project to move forward as endorsed by Council. Throughout the process, UrbanSolutions actively participated in the City of Hamilton’s Design Review Panel, providing detailed design input and supporting a high-quality built form. In addition, UrbanSolutions organized and hosted a Neighbourhood Information Meeting to engage local residents, present the development vision, and address community feedback. Our comprehensive planning, coordination, and consultation efforts contributed to the successful advancement of this project. The project has since received conditional Site Plan approval and working to obtain final Site Plan approval.
