UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of Wellington Hamilton Non-Profit Housing Inc. c/o LiUNA Local 837, the owner of 186 Hunter Street East. UrbanSolutions secured approvals for Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment at the Ontario Land Tribunal to facilitate a 14 storey, 227 unit, residential building in downtown Hamilton. Throughout the process, UrbanSolutions actively participated in the City of Hamilton’s Design Review Panel, providing detailed design input and supporting a high-quality built form. In addition, UrbanSolutions organized and hosted a Neighbourhood Information Meeting to engage local residents, present the development vision, and address community feedback. Our comprehensive planning, coordination, and consultation efforts contributed to the successful advancement of this project.
