UrbanSolutions is proud to be involved in the Roxborough Park Subdivision, a transformative CityHousing Hamilton project that represents a major investment in Hamilton’s housing future. In a strategic alliance between Carriage Gate Homes, UrbanCore Developments, Effort Group and City Housing Hamilton (CHH), to provide a brand-new apartment building on just under one acre of land east of Reid Avenue South and south of Lang Street.  UrbanSolutions secured Final Draft Plan of Subdivision for the larger Roxborough Park Subdivision, Final Site Plan approval and Building Permits to facilitate this development.
