UrbanSolutions is proud to highlight its continued involvement in the multi-phase Eden Park community in Hamilton’s Sheldon neighbourhood. Most recently, UrbanSolutions successfully cleared all conditions required to register the latest Plan of Subdivision, enabling the development of 119 single-detached dwellings and 28 semi-detached dwellings. In addition, UrbanSolutions secured Part Lot Control Exemption approval to support the efficient creation and conveyance of the new residential lots.

This phase builds on the momentum of earlier stages of the Eden Park Subdivision. To date, Spallacci Homes has delivered an additional 198 single-detached homes and 31 townhouses, contributing to a vibrant and growing neighbourhood. The newest phase continues this vision, supporting much-needed housing supply and expanding the established Eden Park community.
