Project Description

UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant for Valvasori Properties, owner of 3250 & 3260 Homestead Drive in Hamilton. The proposal for the subject lands consists of a 3-storey residential building containing 40 units, supported by 50 ground-level parking spaces and 5 short-term bicycle parking spaces.

UrbanSolutions is managing the required planning approval processes, coordinating with City staff and the project team to address technical considerations related to site design, access, servicing, and conformity with applicable municipal policies and regulations. UrbanSolutions secured the required Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) for the project and is currently working with City staff and the project team to obtain final Site Plan Approval.
