Project Description

UrbanSolutions secured approval of a Zoning By-law Amendment for the subject lands. The approval permits a 9-storey mixed use building containing 345 dwelling units and 650 square metres of commercial space. The site is supported by 447 parking spaces and approximately 3,167 square metres of amenity area. This project implements intensification on an identified Intensification Corridor within the Lincoln Official Plan, and contributes to a complete community through the implementation of a mixed use building that is in proximity to transit options, and commercial uses.
