UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. assisted with Gateway Development Group Inc. (Owner) to obtain Official Plan & Zoning By-law Amendment approvals. The proposed infill development entails a purpose-built student residence building with ground floor commercial area and amenity area for the residents with 30 residential suites. In addition, surface parking for 11 vehicles, including 1 barrier free space, and 10 short-term bicycle parking spaces is proposed, along with underground parking for 9 vehicles and 79 long-term bicycle parking spaces in safe designated areas.
