UrbanSolutions secured Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment approval on the subject lands to facilitate the construction of 636 dwelling units within four, 5-storey multiple dwellings; one, 6-storey multiple dwelling; one, 8-storey multiple dwelling; and 35, 2-storey townhouse dwellings with rooftop terraces. UrbanSolutions is currently coordinating a Draft Plan of Subdivision for the lands which will comprise of two development blocks, and numerous blocks which will be dedicated to the City of Hamilton to preserve existing trees, open space, trails, and facilitate stormwater management on the subject lands. The planned development supports the creation of a cohesive and well-designed neighbourhood, integrating significant residential growth with long-term municipal objectives for environmental protection, connectivity, and complete community building.
