UrbanSolutions secured Final Site Plan Amendment approval and Minor Variances on the subject lands to facilitate the construction of a new 241,050 ft² industrial warehouse. The development features multiple interior partitions creating 6 separate units, allowing for multiple business to operate  out of and utilize the 41 loading bays located along the western building face. The building is also serviced by 81 parking spaces. The strategic location provides access to a labour force of more than two million educated and skilled workers within a one-hour drive, and an intricate network of major air, road and rail offering superior connectivity throughout Canada and into the United States.
