UrbanSolutions secured all required planning approvals for this phase, including Minor Variances, Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Site Plan Approval, Plan of Subdivision, and Draft Plan of Condominium, and coordinated with City staff and the project team throughout the review process to advance the development.
