UrbanSolutions secured final Site Plan Approval for this phase, coordinating with City staff, addressing technical comments, and navigating multiple review cycles to secure final approval. Our work involved liaising with the project team to refine site design, servicing, building layout, and sustainability elements to meet municipal requirements and advance this component of the broader subdivision.
