UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of Greenlane Joint Venture Inc. for the lands known as Part of Lot 16, Concession 1, Part 2 and Part 3. The subject lands are on the north east corner of Greenlane and Ontario Street and do not have a municipal address. On behalf of the owner, our office has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to the Town of Lincoln to facilitate the proposed development of an eight (8) storey with nine (9) storey portion mixed use multiple dwelling. The proposed development consists of 346 residential units, 569 square metres of ground floor commercial area and a total of 3,617 square metres of amenity area. The proposed development will be supported by 428 residential parking spaces and 19 commercial spaces totalling 447 ground level and underground vehicle parking spaces. The Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to the Town of Lincoln on June 7, 2021.
The purpose of this website is to provide interested parties with access to the application details and supporting studies, and to provide an opportunity to participate in the planning process.
Prior to submitting planning applications to the Town of Lincoln, our team participated in the Town’s Pre-Consultation process. The Pre-Consultation meeting was held on January 14, 2021. Through this process it was determined that the following plans and studies would be required to evaluate the proposal: Zoning By-law Amendment, Property Survey, Planning Justification Report, Conceptual Site Plans, Floor Plans, Coloured Elevations, Landscape Plan, Urban Design Brief, Traffic Impact/Parking Study, , Functional Servicing Report, Servicing Plan, Lot Grading Plan, Sediment and Erosion Control Plan, Stormwater Management Report, Sun/Shadow Study, Pedestrian Wind Comfort Study, Noise and Vibration Study and Land Use Compatibility Assessment.
December 23, 2020 – Pre-Consultation application submitted to Town of Lincoln.
January 14, 2021 – Pre-Consultation Meeting held at Town of Lincoln.
June 7, 2021 – Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to the Town of Lincoln.
June 18, 2021 – Zoning By-law Amendment application deemed complete.
July 22, 2021 – Notice Re. Virtual Open House.
August 16, 2021 – Virtual Open House Meeting held.
October 14, 2021 – 2nd Submission in support of Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to the Town of Lincoln.
November 4, 2021 – Notice Re. Committee of the Whole
November 10, 2021 – Noise Impact Study Addendum (2nd Submission) was submitted to the Town of Lincoln.
November 19, 2021 – Vineland Landscape Collaboration Partnership Letter submitted to Vineland Research & Innovation Center.
November 29, 2021 – Committee of the Whole held.
December 23, 2021 – 3rd Submission in support of Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to the Town of Lincoln.
January 12, 2022 – 4th Submission in support of Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to the Town of Lincoln.
February 7, 2022 – Committee of the Whole held.
April 5, 2022 – Notice of passing of the Zoning By-law Amendment circulated by the Town of Lincoln.
April 25, 2022 – Certificate of the Clerk released advising no appeals to the By-law.
