Greenlane & Ontario Street, Beamsville

UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of Greenlane Joint Venture Inc. for the lands known as Part of Lot 16, Concession 1, Part 2 and Part 3. The subject lands are on the north east corner of Greenlane and Ontario Street and do not have a municipal address. On behalf of the owner, our office has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to the Town of Lincoln to facilitate the proposed development of a ten (10) storey mixed use multiple dwelling. The proposed development consists of 370 residential units and three (3) commercial units with a total of 104 surface parking spaces and 300 underground parking spaces. The Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to the Town of Lincoln on June 7, 2021.

The purpose of this website is to provide interested parties with access to the application details and supporting studies, and to provide an opportunity to participate in the planning process. Updates will be made to the site as they become available.

RESOURCES

Prior to submitting planning applications to the Town of Lincoln, our team participated in the Town’s Pre-Consultation process. The Pre-Consultation meeting was held on January 14, 2021. Through this process it was determined that the following plans and studies would be required to evaluate the proposal: Zoning By-law Amendment, Property Survey, Planning Justification Report, Conceptual Site Plans, Floor Plans, Coloured Elevations, Landscape Plan, Urban Design Brief, Traffic Impact/Parking Study, , Functional Servicing Report, Servicing Plan, Lot Grading Plan, Sediment and Erosion Control Plan, Stormwater Management Report, Sun/Shadow Study, Pedestrian Wind Comfort Study, Noise and Vibration Study and Land Use Compatibility Assessment.

PROJECT UPDATES

December 23, 2020 – Pre-Consultation application submitted to Town of Lincoln.

January 14, 2021 – Pre-Consultation Meeting held at Town of Lincoln.

June 7, 2021 – Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to the Town of Lincoln.

June 18, 2021 – Zoning By-law Amendment application deemed complete.

August 16, 2021 – Virtual Open House Public Meeting
